      At the moment, rabies can be cured if its caught quickly, an injection of human rabies immunoglobulin and the rabies vaccine will be effective if given within 10 days of infection for 14 days. If you don’t get treatment fast, and you start to get symptoms then it is really hard to treat and most cases is fatal. The best cure is prevention, if you are going anywhere that rabies is about, you should have a vaccination.
